I was looking for a highly reputable but reliable and cost-effective HVAC contractor. I called Air Army, and spoke to the owner over the phone. It is a family owned and operated company with highly personalized service. Carl was able to work with me in my budget and his team was at my house the next morning for installation. Highly professional, worked all day long and got the job done in much better price than most of the other contractors. They did installation perfectly, had a minor noise issues, I called and he came in the same day and took care of it If you are looking for a reliable, professional, cost effective and responsive contractor to do your HVAC job, definitely call Air Army. I simply cannot recommend Karl and Air Army enough! I had a very old, obsolete, split unit finally fail on a second story condo roof with no street access. I called two different a/c companies I had used in the past and was disappointed by both. I was stumped and frustrated and a friend recommended Air Army. They got there super fast, figured out the issue, figured out how to install the new unit with the extreme limitations that had stumped the other two companies, and were still cheaper than what everyone else had quoted me! A joy to deal with and I really felt they went the extra mile!

I needed to get my air conditioner serviced and Air Army did not disappoint! Landon was our Tech and he was super informative and super nice, and also really nice to my dogs :-) I will be calling again for my next service!

Super happy with the service at Air Army. They came out and did an inspection of our AC unit. At the end they gave me the report and it wasn’t thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. Cannot be more happy with Air Army’s service and attention to detail! Showed up right on time in the 30 minute window they gave me, wore booties inside, and even vacuumed up the little bit of insulation that fell when checking out our air handler in the attic. Landon was super knowledgeable and gave me a full report of my system. We have a newer unit (under 5 years) so it was good to have some reassurance that it’s still running smooth. If you want a company that’s reliable and trustworthy I would highly recommend them!

Just got my A/C tuned up with Air Army and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The technician that came out was Landon and he was very informative and showed me lots of pictures of my unit (which I never get to see up close because it's on my roof) and he walked me through each component. Said it all looked great and running smooth. He also showed me the splits inside and it was running with a 17.2° split. He said they want to see between 15-20°, but ideally around 17-20°, so we're looking great! He was in and out, wore shoe booties to make sure he didn't leave behind any dust or dirt when he came inside... I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family out here in the Valley!

Just had a second, WONDERFUL experience with Army Air! They literally saved the day so my seller could 1) close on the sale of her home on time and 2) close on the purchase of a new home before the day was over! When no other HVAC company could make it happen, Army Air did! With the technician at the property working on the unit and the owner running over an hour across town (& back) to source the needed part, this company went ABOVE & BEYOND and I will surely be back! 1000/10 experience!

Had my AC go down on a hot day and they were able to come to my house right away, diagnose the problem, and make the necessary repairs within hours of me noticing the issue. Grateful to have a new working capacitor and motor at a reasonable price and with a new warranty—so grateful that I called them again when I had a similar AC issue at a rental property I manage just a couple days later and they got me back in business before I lost any business. Karl and their whole team are amazing. Kendal called me on Saturday to introduce AIR ARMY to me as a Real Estate professional. The AC at one of my OWN properties had just gone out. My normal HVAC vendor was too busy and told me to use my backup company on Easter Weekend! Air Army called me at the exact right moment and came out to diagnose my AC on EASTER SUNDAY. The AC was replaced with a brand new Trane System the very next day, building a custom plenum from scratch for my house. I cannot say enough about their kindness, efficiency and pricing. They even offer Zero % Financing which we took advantage of because, why not?!? I am so grateful for this company and will 💯 send them more business!

Excellent on time spring maintenance tune up. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough completely all the tasks to insure our two systems were in tip top shape. Also changed all six of my ceiling return filters. I would highly recommend them.
